Wolfram Research employee Joe Bolte introduces the Wolfram Demonstrations Project
As the tagline on the homepage says, the Demonstrations Project is an expanding collection of freely available, interactive demonstrations in math, science and many other areas. With over 1,500 demonstrations already available, Wolfram is actively seeking contributors to the project.
It's very simple to build Demonstrations with the new interactive tools available in Mathematica 6. In fact, a template is already included in Mathematica 6. (File->New->Demonstration). By following the instructions included in the template, you can easily create your own demonstrations and submit them to the Demonstrations Project. As Joe demonstrated, you can fill out the template and submit it for publication on the site in a matter of minutes.
